– Open areas can be configured as small as 1000 sq/ft.

– 12 ft ceilings.

– Heat and electricty included in rent (for normal requirements).

– Standard dock available for tenant use.

– Open space (not air-conditioned).

– Depending on demand, there could be additional electrical and/or natural gas surcharge for equipment that consumes large amounts (example like heating units, furnances, etc..)

Office Areas

– Several office areas are currently available.

– Air condition, heat and electricity included in rent.

– Internet available at extra charge (current providers are Comcast, Fox Valley Internet or AT&T DSL).
