Sewing Systems
Union Special offers a variety of complete sewing setups. There is the US400 pedestal that is setup for automatic sewing systems. An infeed is used to feed the bag into the sewing head and photoeyes are used to automatically start/stop the sewing head. The US400 uses a PLC and LCD control panel for you to control the chain or tape length on the bags.
For a basic, manual setup chose the US100 pedestal that can operate the sewing head with foot switch or wand switch.
